NASAO CENTER AVIATION EDUCATION PROGRAM AWARD

The NASAO Center for Aviation Research and Education established an annual Aviation Education Program Award in 1993 to recognize the efforts of the state aviation agencies educating and motivating the public with aviation-related education programs. The NASAO Center, recognizing that aviation education has assumed a vital role in our contemporary society, has resolved to identify and honor an exemplary state program that has contributed to the advancement of learning. The states should be recognized for their support and assistance in the development of a national effort to make aviation education resources available to students of all ages as well as the community-at-large. The recipient will receive the award at the NASAO Annual Convention & Trade Show.

ELIGIBILITY

The NASAO Center Aviation Education Program Award is open to any state aviation agency that has developed, or has contracted for the development of, an original aviation education program.
